Fancy French Dinner

Salad:
Apple Walnut Salad with Honey Dijon Dressing
Soup:  French Lentil Soup

Main Course
(Vegetarian) Fricassee of Wild Mushrooms
Filet Mignon with Mushrooms and Red Wine Sauce

Vegetable:  Potato Gratin with Gruyère

Dessert: Pear Tart
