Fancy French Dinner

We served this dinner as part of a fundraiser for the Lemont Granary.  Here’s a review by a local food blogger:

Apple Walnut Salad with Honey Dijon Dressing
Soup:  French Lentil Soup

Main Course
(Vegetarian) Fricassee of Wild Mushrooms
Filet Mignon with Mushrooms and Red Wine Sauce

Vegetable:  Potato Gratin with Gruyère

Dessert: Pear Tart
