Vegetarian Wedding

We served this wedding “Family Style” at the Bremen Town Ballroom.

Appetizers
Cheese, fruit, and cracker platters
Stuffed Mushrooms (vegan, spinach, lemon, sundried tomato)
Hummus and/or Baba Ganouj with veggies and pita for dipping.
Bruschettas  (Tomato & Basil)
Crostini (2 types)

Salad Course
Green Salad with cherry tomatoes and shredded carrots.

Dressings on table:
Green Goddess Dressing
Balsamic Vinaigrette

Main Course

Pasta with  choice of Pesto and Lemon Garlic Cream Sauce
Fixin’s include:

Shredded Parmesan
Chopped Walnuts
Sun dried tomatoes
Fresh basil
Artichokes
Sauteed Veggies (onions, mushrooms, peppers, etc.)

Zucchini “Meat” Balls

Green Beans with Garlic, lemon

Bread
Homemade Bread
Butter dish/ perhaps with Margarine instead of butter for the vegans.

Dessert
Strawberry/Berry Short Cake!
